Xuper TV Not Working? 9 Fixes That Actually Help

Fix in order, fastest first

Do not start with the nuclear option. Most "not working" reports die at step 2.

1. Check your connection (30 seconds)

Open any other streaming app or a speed test. If nothing loads, the problem is your network, not Xuper TV. Restart your router before touching the app. Our internet speed guide lists the minimums per quality level.

2. Force close and reopen

Swipe the app away from recents and launch it fresh. Streaming apps accumulate stuck states, and a clean launch clears them.

3. Clear the app cache

Go to Settings, Apps, Xuper TV, Storage, and tap Clear Cache. Not Clear Data, cache only. This fixes a huge share of stuck-loading and crash-on-open cases without touching your favorites. Full path with screenshots: how to clear Xuper TV cache.

4. Switch server or lower quality

Inside the player, look for server or source options. If a title will not start, try a different server. If it starts then stutters, drop one quality step. Per-title source rotation is normal life with this kind of app.

5. Check for an update

An old build talking to new servers causes weird failures. See how to update Xuper TV for the safe reinstall-over method that keeps your data.

6. Free up storage

Under 500 MB free on the device and Android starts killing background processes and failing writes. Clear downloads you have watched and other apps' caches.

7. Toggle your network path

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data once. If the app works on one and not the other, your ISP or router is throttling or blocking the stream hosts, not the app.

8. Reinstall clean

Uninstall Xuper TV, restart the device, then install the verified build fresh from our download page. This is the fix for corrupted installs and permission tangles.

9. Wait it out

If many channels fail simultaneously and your connection is fine, the source servers are having a bad hour. Check back later instead of factory-resetting your TV.
